Thank you for visiting the Redeemer Covenant Church Web-Site. Our church is comprised of REAL people who have a desire to be compassionate seekers of Jesus Christ. We are an energetic, "come as you are" church that focuses on sound biblical teaching. We won't tackle you at the front door, but if it's raining, you'll have an umbrella holding escort and if not raining, a welcoming smile and a smiling someone to point you in the right direction. Yes, there is a nice coffee aroma to keep you from turning around!

What are services like?

Our worship service begins on Sunday at 10:45 a.m. and ends at around noon. The dress is somewhat casual. There is nursery care for newborns through age 2 and age appropriate worship for children ages 3 through the fifth grade. The typical worship service events flow like this:

Location

We are at 1518 East Frankford Road between Josey and Old Denton at the corner of McCoy. We share a parking lot with Rainwater Elementary School.

Child Care

Nursery/toddler care for infants (2 years and younger) and toddlers (2+ years to 5 years) is available from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Sunday mornings.

Sunday School classes for ages Pre-K through 12th grade are available Sunday mornings at 9:30. Click on classes on the main menu to the left.

During our worship service at 10:45 we have age appropriate worship experiences for children ages 3 through the 5th grade. Elementary age children are dismissed midway through the adult worship service.

We have Sunday school classes for all ages:

--Nursery for infants & toddlers

--Preschoolers

--Elementary students

--Middle schoolers

--High schoolers

--Young adults

--Adults of all ages

A new adult class on Prayer is now meeting in the library.

Another new study approach we are trying is a church-wide/cross-generational/family-centered study, with the elementary classes and an adult class studying the same topics and Scripture passages. The adult class meets in the Fellowship Hall.
